Romantic Partial Ocean View Suite 1 Bedroom (G02)

“The staff was friendly and accommodating even before our arrival. They assisted us with booking two snorkeling catamaran tours and had great recommendations. They were always attentive to room servicing and available whenever we needed them. The place itself is just like the photos. Awesome views and a great pool and restaurant right on the grounds. A nice surprise was the ability to walk the whole coastline called “kings land” where we could get some walks in and check out more restaurants. The location was absolutely perfect, just outside the busy downtown and in a perfect spot to check out Secret Beach and some of the northern restaurants. They also had flexible check in and check out times which allowed us to enjoy a night out when we arrived and a nice breakfast our last day. We would absolutely stay here again and talked about bringing the kids the next time.”

“The place is perfectly located just off the island but still close to everything. Our room was great except for the bed was so loud when you rolled over.”

“Overall my family had a fine stay, the hosts were very accommodating and responsive and helped us to rent a golf cart and organize a boat excursion which was great. The room itself was clean, although a bit run down and could use some upgrades. The bed was not particularly comfortable. Some units have beautiful views of the ocean which probably would have made the overall experience better, but we weren’t in a unit that had any views at all, so that was disappointing. The pictures show a beach/sandy area to hang out but it’s actually more like concrete rock, and although the whole island suffers from sorgasm, the water outside the resort was completely littered with trash which was quite disgusting, so if you want to enjoy the ocean at all, this is not the place. The pool was nice and had relaxed unassuming vibes, but the water is deep and unheated so it was cold to the point of unenjoyable. Overall, while the staff was helpful, we would not stay again, nor recommend to others. We actually purchased day passes at another resort to enjoy a pool/beach day because it was not possible here.”

“Our stay was great. Helpful staff, great on-site restaurant. Unit need a few updates; Lamp shades were pretty rough should be replaced, rack in shower losing its paint when you touched it. Silverware was sparse 4 forks no teaspoons. Last thing the Wi-Fi is very weak / nonexistent at times. Needs serious upgrade.”

“Stayed here for our anniversary. The location was fairly far from the city so the commute was hectic especially with unexpected rain storms in Belize. The unit its self was VERY ran down! The bathroom was outdated with cracks in the walls leaking dirty water. The toilet and surrounding area was dirty (hair , dust , and dirty water) it obviously hadn’t been wiped down in awhile. The mattress has dark brown/red stains and the floor felt like sand and dried foot prints everywhere! (Which didn’t come from us) We contacted the host whom didn’t answer until the next day.. they showed me 2 other units. One was exactly the same and the 2nd one had an updated bathroom so we moved to that unit but even house keeping the towels were stained. It just seems like no one stays there and they only care for it if they are making money no annual maintenance or upkeep. Plus the water! No seaweed clean up at ALL! barely had sand they had a machine digging sand out of the water and dumping it on the beach.”

“Such a wonderful experience and so peaceful and cozy getaway. They were so responsive and helpful. Only 25 units on the property so feels like home. We were a family of 4 and even the sofa bed was comfortable. They helped us get a golf cart sswhen everything was sold out and help us find a car in belize city. outeverythinelse”

The unit I had (G2) is exactly as shown and very spacious, really nicely decorated by the owners. Delicious food and drinks, and a serene beachfront. Will return!
