Cancellation Policy

1. Property-Specific Policies

Cancellation terms vary by property, season, and rate plan. The exact policy that applies to your reservation is displayed during checkout and in your booking confirmation email.

2. Standard Cancellation Windows

Unless otherwise noted, cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival may be eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival may forfeit part or all of the reservation payment.

3. No-Shows & Early Departures

Guests who do not check in on the scheduled arrival date or depart early are not entitled to a refund for unused nights unless approved by White Sands Cove management.

4. Force Majeure

Events beyond our control, such as hurricanes, government travel restrictions, or natural disasters, may be handled under a special policy. Contact us as soon as possible if your travel is impacted by a qualifying event.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel or modify a reservation, email hello@stayfloreo.com with your confirmation number. Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method.

6. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, illness, or travel disruptions.
