This is the list our team actually gives guests at check-in. It starts with La Cala, our own open-air restaurant and pool bar, and then works down the island — north San Pedro first, because that is where we are, then downtown, then south.
Belizean cooking is Caribbean, Mestizo, Maya and Creole at once: fresh snapper and lobster in season, ceviche, stewed chicken with rice and beans, fry jacks in the morning, tamales. Eat that first, then work through the rest.

Good to know
- Where should we eat near White Sands Cove?
- La Cala is on the property. Beyond it, the Tres Cocos and north San Pedro strip — Portofino, Mambo, Aji Tapa Bar, Rain Rooftop and The Truck Stop — is all within a few minutes by golf cart.
- Do we need a golf cart to get to restaurants?
- Not for the north-end places, which are a short ride or a walk up the beach. Downtown San Pedro is about ten minutes by cart, and the southern restaurants a little further.
- Can we cook in our suite?
- Yes — every condo has a full kitchen. Most guests do one supermarket run in San Pedro on the first afternoon, and the concierge can pre-stock the fridge before you arrive.
