White Sands Cove is a small, privately owned condo resort on the beach in Tres Cocos, a few minutes north of San Pedro town on Ambergris Caye. Twenty condos, one pool, one dock, one restaurant — and enough space that it never feels busy.
Every suite is a full home: kitchen, living room, laundry, air conditioning and a balcony. The amenities below are shared by all of them.

Pool, loungers and hammocks
The freshwater pool sits at the centre of the property, ringed by loungers and shaded by palms, with the Caribbean directly beyond it. Hammocks are strung through the grounds for the hours when even the pool feels like effort.
Beach towels, loungers and palapa shade on the sand are all included with your stay — there is no chair rental and no queue for a spot.
Private dock and beachfront
Our dock runs out over the flats toward the Belize Barrier Reef. Snorkel and dive boats collect guests here rather than from town, so a reef trip starts at the end of your own property.
It is also the best seat on the resort at sunrise, and the spot most guests end up at with a drink after the boats have gone in.
On-site dining and bar
La Cala, our open-air restaurant and pool bar, serves Belizean-inspired plates, resort favourites and cold cocktails without you leaving the property. Tres Cocos' best-known restaurants are a short golf-cart ride away when you want a change.
