Romantic Suite Garden view 1 Bedroom (G01)

“We stayed for a month at GL 1. This unit was not equipped for long-term stays. Although the property manager was very attentive in getting things we needed. It became frustrating to ask daily. Simple things like a can opener. Useable fry pans & pots. The ones in the unit had worn Teflon that was not healthy to use. Plus, most pots were missing lids or they had no handles. A knife sharpener. All knives were so dull. There was no oven wear at all. No wine glasses or bar wear . All glasses were plastic. Which is fine for around the pool. To list a few things. If you are the owner of this unit, please take note. Your unit could be very nice with a few basic things. The bed is very firm, but we didn’t mind that. The bugs are terrible. We couldn’t open a window or door. Screens on windows don’t fit well. Forget sitting outside on deck at any time due to bugs. Unless you are covered in bug spray. What made our stay was the people; everyone was friendly and accommodating..”

“Even though the Belize weather was not cooperating much, we enjoyed our stay! The condo was nice, bed comfortable, clean, a big jug of filtered water was available. The food at the restaurant was good. The only downside was the sargassum was floating right off the beach wall and smelled awful! Not sure if that was because of the unusually high winds. But something to be aware of. But we found it an easy location. Just get in the golf cart and go!”

“The place was lovely. La Cala bar and restaurant was great. The bed was extremely hard and sleeping was difficult due to that. Otherwise it was a great place.”

“The hospitality of this place is unmatched to anywhere else I have stayed. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind and very helpful in anything we needed. My parents and I loved our stay at White Sands Cove and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit San Pedro. We were only 20 minutes from downtown which was nice since we visited during Easter weekend which was very lively in downtown area. The pool was very nice while we enjoyed some bites and cocktails from the bar. Our location was also closer to Secret Beach than coming from downtown. I would recommend renting a golf cart because it can get pretty expensive if you take a taxi to get around as it is about $20US each way. The only thing I would recommend for this accommodation is probably something to stabilize the sofa bed at an even level as it was not the most comfortable to rest since half of the bed slightly dips to the floor.”

“This place was beautiful, quiet, and clean. Rosie in the office reached out to help with anything from the moment we booked it. The food at the restaurant was some of the best on the island, especially the fish tacos. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our amazing trip. Everyone there was so friendly and kind. Definitely and five star.”

“the pictures and listed amenities do not do this place justice!! The view is spectacular and what you see of the garden is only a fraction of how beautiful the grounds are kept here . Ashanti was so friendly and welcoming and had plenty of recommendations for eating fishing snorkelin. She was so wonderful! I did not see it in the listing but there is a cook on-site! we loved it! when we were exhausted from traveling all day it was so nice to get a bite to eat right out the front door while looking at the beautiful scenery! we will definitely be back!”
