Cave tubing & Xunantunich

6:30 AM – 5:30 PMFull day

The morning is spent floating an underground river through the Caves Branch system on an inner tube, head torch on, past cathedral chambers the Maya used for ceremonies.

The afternoon is Xunantunich, reached by a hand-cranked ferry across the Mopan River. El Castillo, the main pyramid, is one of the few in Belize you can still climb — from the top you look straight across into Guatemala.
